In four years of activity, Aquila more than doubled its technical team from the initial number of 151 consultants, expanded its operations to 15 countries in three continents, and reached the mark of 460 projects in progress.
In this period Aquila has also consolidated its position on the market: it was classified as the only consulting company present in the FDC Ranking of Brazilian Multinationals 2015. It has also been included in the mapping done by Source of Consulting, a British institution of reference for research in the segment.
This honour from the above institutions reflects the quality of work that Aquila has been conducting along its path, developing and applying world-class management in organizations of different segments. “We present to each client, in a transparent way, the impact that our work will have on the organization’s results. Source for Consulting has interviewed senior executives and consultants to prepare its report, which presents a detailed analysis of the Brazilian market, assessing the present economic status.
In FDC Ranking of Brazilian Multinationals 2015, prepared by Fundação Dom Cabral, Aquila ranked 43rd among Brazilian companies, the only one in the consulting segment. FDC ranking, published annually since 2006,develops themes related to internationalizing and provides data on Brazilian Multinationals.
Aquila Institute, established in 2011, has a record of rapid growth: in its four years of existence, it has doubled the number of consultants from the initial 151 founding partners. It has established a Management School, which offers courses of effective application of managerial solutions for organizations. The Program of Managers’Training, one of the School top courses, has already prepared 2.7 thousand professionals and has supported more than 900 improvement projects designed by the course participants, with an average return of R$ 30 for each R$ 1 invested.
On May 1, 2016 (World Labor Day), our Institute gathered its whole technical team plus 300 invited leaders in an event, Future Vision Aquila 2020, to discuss the future of Brazil from a different perspective. During the event, Sociologist and Professor Domenico Masi gave a lecture presenting his optimistic vision of Brazil, and Aquila’s team described its vision for Brazil 2020, projecting a cycle of vigorous growth for the next four years.
